
Markham Revolution offers Rep Team programs for boys and girls of various ages, which includes the following:
- Up to 3 team practices per week (13U-18U). Up to 2 team practices for 11/12U and developemt teams.
- Complement team practices with position specific or specialized practices.
- Competing in OVA tournaments, US Exhibitions, Ontario Championships and Canadian Championships.
- Personalized ball practices will have a strong focus on improving the athlete's body-sense and self-awareness while executing motor patterns.
- Personalized strength & conditioning training and plans will consider the athlete's gap-analysis and priorities.
- Mental performance sessions will have a strong focus on goal setting, stress management, competition day routines and life skills.
